Photo Series

Photography gives me a reason to slow down, look closer and follow my curiosity to build a record of people, places and small details. I learn a great deal in observing the world around me and it’s my way of making sense of places, stories and memories.

The photo collections below have been carefully curated and represents over 20 years of my journey. I hope you might enjoy browsing the collection. Prints are available upon on request. Background: My first camera was a $50 second-hand point and shoot film camera I purchased while high-school. It would be a few more years before I could afford my first digital point and shoot camera, a 3.2 mega-pixel Sony Cyber-shot. After working junior roles, I was able to upgrade to a DSLR, a 10 mega-pixel Olympus E-510 with a micro four-thirds sensor. This camera sparked a significantly deeper interest in photography and how I observed the world. It had significant flaws, but it taught me a lot about creativity and working with constraints.

Eventually I upgraded to a Canon EOS 60D with a crop-sensor, and this served me extremely for many years, before now settling on the Sony system for photos and videos.
